Returns, transport damage or loss

You have the option of returning unused goods within the cancellation period of 14 days from the date of purchase for a credit note at your expense,

Within the cancellation period, refunds will be made immediately to the payment method you used for the order. If you would like a different item, you can simply place a new order via our online shop. A new order cannot be offset against the return.

You also have the option of sending in defective products within the two-year warranty period for repair at our expense or sending them in outside the two-year warranty period for a cost estimate for a repair at your expense.

You can also report transport damage, loss of the consignment or incorrect delivery. Transport damage must be documented with clear pictures.

In all cases, this form must be completed with all details and sent. Returns cannot be accepted by telephone. Returns without prior notification via this form cannot be accepted.

Please complete the fault description in detail. Please upload the invoice or pictures of transport damage with the form. Incomplete forms will prevent processing.

You will then receive further instructions by e-mail shortly, as well as the RMA returns number and the returns note. This must be enclosed with the return.

You will receive the return address with the return label.

Once we have received your return, processing can take up to 10 working days. As you usually bear the return costs yourself, you are free to choose the logistics company. We recommend an insured shipping method with the option of tracking.
