Returning products within the withdrawal period.

As part of the cancellation process, you can send unused goods for exchange or credit within the cancellation period of 14 days.

In order for us to process your return, please print out the accompanying letter (PDF) for returns, which can be downloaded below. This must be completed in full and enclosed with your return. Incomplete cover letters will delay processing.

Since you bear the return costs yourself, you are free to choose the logistics company. We recommend an insured shipping method with the possibility of tracking.

Once we have received your return, it may take up to 10 working days to process. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used for the order.
